Is my hair straight, wavy, or curly?

I can't tell if my hair is straight, wavy or curly. I think it's somewhere in between straight and wavy. It's not straight, but it's not curly. It's flat at the top of my head, then it gets a little wavy. Are there any sites that have pictures, so I can tell what type of hair I have? And if it is inbetween straight and wavy, is a layered hair cut good style for it?

your hair ends are not well brushed causeing the ends to get wavy. The hair at the root is what your har is so your hair should be straight. definetley
