The hair on the back of my head near the bottom has a tendency to curl outward. However, the rest of my hair is straight and flat. Is there any way to make the hair thay curls out lay flat like the rest of my hair.?

Try a Hair straightener, like a flattening iron, that will work....

Blow dry your hair, or get it cut short enough so it can't curl under.

there are 2 ways:
=do it with a straightener
=apply some serum to the curls and then blow dry it and brush it...put some hairspray on it so that it doesnt get messed up.this is a good way too.
