I have straight hair! But it gets all frizzy and out of control!?

My hair is naturally straight! But I can't seem to get it straight the whole day because i start getting all this frizz on my hair. At the same time it get tangled! How can i keep nice straight hair straight and what products will work with my hair!

Also, when I curl my hair, it will only last for about an hour and will go back to straight with the frizz and knots. What products can i use to keep it curly, and any specific hair equipment i should use?

Use a flat iron to keep it straight. It will stay perfectly straight until you wash it. The flat iron is awesome, it is my favorite thing ever at work! I use Bumble and bumble, "straight", which works as a "de-frizzer", and then dry the hair, then flat iron it. For curly hair, I love to use a "defrizz" product, then use a light gel to curl it up. Using a product that has hold will help keep the curl in your hair.

It sounds to me [stylist] like you have a bigger problem on your hands hun . The reason its frizzing could be due to humidity but the knotting is more than likely due to damage no doubt cause by over styling with heat . Sorry I don't have better news for you.

It sounds as if your hair is like mine. Is your hair fine and thin too? If so, I'm very sorry because that describes my impossible hair. I have tried all different types of hair products and tools. Every brand seems to suck no matter what the cost. The only time I have been happy with my hair is when I had it permed. That is the only time my hair has looked and acted decent. If you try it I suggest using the service of a professional whom you know has experience with perms and has had excellent results in using them. I hope you find something that works for you.

Garnier Fructis. They have many products that will be right for your hair. I know because I straighten my hair and sometimes it can get really frizzy and i have about 5 different products to help it for different situations. So definitely try Fructis!

Dont go out and buy anything expensive.

First: Purchase a mild Shampoo (To Clarify hair, I will explain why)

Second: TRIM your hair ends (May 1 1/2 to 2 inches)

Third: Here's the magic part: Mix olive oil, almond oil, coconut oil, avocado oil and a "little" honey, (honey u will have to heat so it can blend). Either leave on ALL day or all night (if all nite, DONT use honey)

Use a teaspoon of every oil and honey,.... a little more if ur hair is long or a little less if ur hair is short

Repeat this 3-4 times a week, your hair will grow like a weed, fortify, reconstruct, moisturize, soften %26amp; remove all frizz I promise,..... and it will be super shiny!!!!

The clairifying shampoo will help take the oil off your hair when u shower

You can also use a conditioner but get a light conditioner that wont wiegh ur hair down, becuz u can over condition, I use herbl essences "clean happy" conditioner.

When I do this at nite, I wake up, shampoo %26amp; condition, rinse and style as usual. Has worked for years

You can find olive oil anywere, but the other oils you will have to buy at a local organics store, wholes foods or BJ's health corner.
