Straight hair question?

my hair has a natural wave to it but i prefer it straight, i have a straightener but what shampoo and conditioner will help keep it straight or any other hair products?

I've tried a lot of shampoos. I like Sunsilk from the drugstore but my new favorite is the Redkin All Soft Shampoo, Conditioner and most of all the gel. I was using a straightening iron but now I don't seem to need it and I'm just using the 3 inch round brush.

herbal essence dengerously straight or sunsilk (the straight hair one) wrks for me :) my hair is like urs too. now i use the orginal dove shampoo but styll =)

I know herbal essance has some shampoo that you can use. they also have a spray that you can use during straiting. These products help alot!

The shampoo and conditioner are obvious "must-haves" but then you should be using a styling aid in your hair, and they have a cream styling product (I forget the actual name of the product, but it's numbered "3", and it's the lite variety... for 99% of people the lite variety is sufficient for their hair) and then blow dry your hair, and once your hair is dry (or you can put it in before you blow your hair dry as well, after the cream styler) you want to use their Iron Smoother... it's a thermal protectant spray that works AWESOME with a flat iron.

Just make sure that your hair is COMPLETELY dry before you flat iron... even if it's a little damp, you can singe your hair, which will make it be brittle and possibly break off.
