Would these products be too heavy for my straight, fine hair?

I have straight, long, fine hair that can get weighed down %26amp; oily by using the wrong products. If you have tried these products %26amp; you think or know if these products would or would not weigh down my hair, I would appreciate it. Thanks!

I wear my hair straight alot, and im running out of idea`s....?

there are SO many things you can do!

you could braid the top half, have the bottom down, braid the whole thing, put i tiny plait (or several) through your hair, side pony tails, side half up and half down.

PLUS 80's stuff is coming back in, so you could get yourself a crimping iron.

OR you could plait your hair in REALLY small plaits all over then sleep on it, or for more control over it (if you have time) plait tiny plaits, then use the straightener over it.

if you have an oval face with a fringe (or bangs w/e) pin the fringe back, that looks really cute.

what else?

take a front/side section oh hair and tie it back with a nice ribbon.

start a braid on one side, then braid it rou nd to the other.

there are SO many, keep looking around.

hope it helps =D.

I wear my hair straight alot, and im running out of idea`s....?

take your bangs and put them up so make a little poof

try a messy bun, it will liik good with strait hair.....hmmmm also u could try a half-pony with a little poof on top

well if you can't just wear it curly..try scrunching it. you just use gel and then scrunch your hair and hairspray it. its really cute! =]

I wear my hair straight alot, and im running out of idea`s....?

well you could wash it.. blow dry it a little bit and put the sea salt spray by bumble and bumble and have cute beachy waves.. or you could put your hair into two braids at night and have waves in the morning. also, you could scrunch it and put the front of your hair in a little poof.. or you could get a poof with your straighthair. honestly, the sky's the limit

I wear my hair straight alot, and im running out of idea`s....?

There's this thing I do to my hair all the time, and I call it either an inverted ponytail or a French ponytail. It works with both straight and curly hair, and is very simple (although it looks complex).

Simply pull your hair into a ponytail a little higher than your ears, then pull it back loose from your scalp about an inch. After you pull it loose a little, put a finger in between your scalp and the hair bow (or elastic, whatever you want to call it). Separate this small section in half, then pull the ponytail through it. When pulling it through, go in from the top.

After you get it all the way through, tighten it a little by splitting the tail in half and giving a gentle tug.

You can also put a barrette, flower, etc. in the "basket" of it, or do a half-ponytail, bun or something else creative.

I'm sorry I couldn't find any pictures; I looked and looked, but I guess it just isn't very common--sorry.... =)

Heyy! I also have curly hair and never know what to do with it! I love to use dove moose in my hair about 5 minutes after i shower you just put a little in your hand and scrunch your hair. It looks gorgeous and gives you really individual curls. I also like to take part of my hair and clip in on the top of my head like a puff if you know what i mean... Good Luck!

How to get stick-straight hair?

I have been wondering how people get stick straight hair. I have naturally kinky/wavy hair, and it's about an inch longer than my shoulders. But I also own a CHI that I use every other day. Even though I straighten it and use an anti-humidity product, my hair won't get perfectly straight. Oh yeah, I also use redken smooth down shampoo and a redken stick straight cream. Is there anything I can do to get really straight hair?

Thanks for reading 閳?br>How to get stick-straight hair?

Blow dry it and straighten it in layers and go over every 1-2 in part twice. That always works for me and I have really curly hair. Hope I helped =)

How to get stick-straight hair?

Round metal brush and the highest wattage blow dryer.

How to get stick-straight hair?

use an iron. yes. like the one you iron clothing with. med setting while hair is damp. start at the top (you'll have to lay your head on the board or drape your hair on the board with your head against the side....i've been doing it for longer than you've been alive).drag the iron not fast, but not slow either to the length of your hair.

Long straight hair and bangs?

i have long brownish hair about midback and most of my hair is all one length except for the old bangs are about 2 inches shorter.

but now, i don't like my forehead showing, and i was wondering if bangs look good with long straight hair.

and i have a shorter rounder face i would say, round or oval, and people say straight bangs wont work for my type of face, but what about side bangs? do they work with round to oval faces?

if you have any pictures to help that would be nice, but i'll still pick the best answer if you don't have pics.

Long straight hair and bangs?

if you are going to try bangs, i would suggest shorter, layered hair. Bangs really bring our your eyes, so get a nice style of bangs like with a highlight or waved to the side

one thing you may want to take under consideration is that bangs can get annoying

they always dangle in your face and you are tempted to fiddle with them all the time. You have to keep them in a clip at night to keep them from itching in your sleep.

Maybe you can get a body wave or something to draw attention away from your forehead instead of hiding it.

Long straight hair and bangs?

Side bangs with a taper looks good thats what i have i looks good in a ponytail or down to

Long straight hair and bangs?

I would say side bangs because i think that would be better for the shape of your face.

Long straight hair and bangs?

think Devil Wears Prada... very chick, straight, brown, long, and cute bangs!!! --if you haven't seen the movie, rent it, it is great!

Long straight hair and bangs?

Bangs are really big now, but they tend to go out of style quickly. Drastically different lengths is impossible to grow out. I suggest long side swept bangs, or a variety of long layers.

How can I cut my long, straight brown hair with layers?

I don't want it too choppy. I am half chinese, so my hair is quite straight. I want something keeping it long still, but some cute layers.. pictures would be nice. i already have some side bangs..

How can I cut my long, straight brown hair with layers?

I just recently cut my hair in layers. And I also wanted to keep my hair long so I tried the shorts layers but kept my length. It gave it allot of body to it without looking choppy. The key is to tell whom ever is cutting it to blend in the layers.

How can I cut my long, straight brown hair with layers?

long layers would be best they don't look choppy or feathered. if you get short layers it makes your hair appear shorter

How can I cut my long, straight brown hair with layers?

There's some good information on layered hair and bangs at the web-site listed below. It's actually from the 1920's but it's still completely relevant today. It explains how to doing layering correctly so that the layers aren't obvious and it's easy to maintain.

What can i use to make my hair extra curly? while having straight/wavy hair.?

i have straight/wavy hair %26amp;`nd i want to have it really curly. i`ve used rolls, but they don`t work %26amp;`nd i can`t stand them. can i use a diffuser to make my hair curly? i would really appreciate it if some people can help me out here.

http://www.garnierfructisusa.com/

in the box where it says for my hair i want ... scroll down to CURL .

another great product they have is the curl and shine leave in conditioning cream. all you have to do is apply a small sized portion to wet / dry hair (i use it when my hair is wet) , then you use your fingers to twirl sections of your hair small tight sections for really tight curls and big lose twirls for lose curls, DONT WASH OUT , then with a diffuser on high temp medium speed , kinda scrunch you twirls up and dry your hair with the diffuser then as the day goes on you will have beautiful curls...if not you can always use a very small bareled curling iron , like 1/2 inch to make the tight curls , but it will take WAY longer this way.

What can i use to make my hair extra curly? while having straight/wavy hair.?

impossible...

What can i use to make my hair extra curly? while having straight/wavy hair.?

after washing

add mouse and diffuse your hair.

while ur diffuseing it spray with hairspray.

What can i use to make my hair extra curly? while having straight/wavy hair.?

On damp hair, apply mousse, then apply curl enhancer. Then dry on warm, not hot, and scrunch your hair as you do so. This should help define your hair. You can then use a curling iron if you want to further define some parts of your hair, but that's usually not necessary.

Hope this helps.

What can i use to make my hair extra curly? while having straight/wavy hair.?

Don't try to. Curly hair / dark hair = bad gene.

Be proud of your straight hair - especially if it's blonde.

What can i use to make my hair extra curly? while having straight/wavy hair.?

I apply curling gel to just washed hair then scrunch and blow dry it at the same time.

Straight hair and Split ends?

A lot of girls at my school wear relaxers. At the same time, I cannot stop noticing how many split ends and rough ends they have. Why do they have all those splits/rough ends. My hair is naturally curly and it's virgin hair. I bought a hair iron and some heat protecting cream to straighten my hair.I am scared not because I don't want to have all of those ugly split ends. My hair is properly moisturized, washed(once a week), and I wear a loose braid and a silk scarf.

Straight hair and Split ends?

I'm not the best person to answer this question ... being a guy and white, but I hang out with some guys that own a very popular local hair place. According to them too much heat will shred your hair, so take care with that new hair iron. Oh, and tight corn rolls will turn your hair into broom straw ... your loose braids probably really save you some hair damage. Hair relaxers ... think about this ... they are chemicals that partially chemically melt your hair to take the curl out. You could imagine this would also be kind of hard on the hair. I guess if you don't want those split ends you are going to have to do your own thing and not follow the frizzy crew ... good luck, keep it curly.

Straight hair and Split ends?

You have to trim 1/4 inch off the ends every month and every time you relax it.

Straight hair and Split ends?

more than likely they are using home kits, insted of going to a har salon and getting it done thr right way. also it could be from heat due to curling the hair. i only know because my step sisters hair is like that. thank god my hair is naturally curly and i can blow dry it straight

Straight hair and Split ends?

The relaxers are like a perm it is a chemical that's why their hair is damaged.

Sally's Beauty Supply has a lot of good stuff to use to keep healthy hair while using the iron.

Mary Jane :)

Straight hair and Split ends?

Relaxed hair = split ends. The chemicals in the relaxer fries the hair so that the curl is gone. I have curly hair, too, and to prevent split ends when using a flat iron, put any kind of gel, straightener, or heat protecting cream on your hair to keep the iron from stripping your hair of it's natural oils. If you put some kind of product on your hair, it will fry off that before it fries off your hair's oils and damages your hair. You can also skip a day or two between washing your hair, and give it a chance to create more of the oils. By the way, these oils are good. The loose braid is great for your hair, I do the same thing with mine at night, to stop breakage. And the silk scarf is good too, you can actually style your hair the night before and wrap it in a silk scarf and it will be perfect when you wake up in the morning.

Hope this helps!
