Straight hair forever?

I really hate my curly hair. I didn't have curly hair when i was young, it was very straight in fact. As far as i can remember, my hair turned curly when i was 11 years old, its really curly, like afro ya know and frizzy. Besides getting it chemically treated, is there a surgery or something to make it straight forever?

[ I have been rebonding my hair for the past 3 years, i really scares me though to have it rebonded every single year if i want a straight hair.]

Curly hair have its own charm, i guess u r not listening to the news now a days.. Curl are in trends, women are getting crazy to get those girlish curls.. they look awesome!!!

As far the permanent straightening is concern, You can only go for rebonding which will last for 8 - 12 months after that it all your natural growth, keep in mind the chemical effect it will have on your hair!! so why to waste money.. you have curls and it natural.. feel lucky!

I think curly hair too looks good........I love shakira's curly hair...they give such a distinguished look to your personality.....U can do one thing...one year maintain a straight hair look, next year curly, that way your hair will eventually get rest from all the chemicals and recover from the illtreatment.
