I haven't had a perm for a year. I usually wear a weave in my hair but I want to wear my hair down now. What hair products can I use to make my hair straight cause my hair is really kinky and I refuse to perm my hair.

go to a salon on get a chi turbo flat iron. it will get even kinky hair straight without the greasiness and potential to burn of a hot comb. you have to use really small sections and some light oil when flat ironing to make sure u get it really straight. The plates of the iron are ceramic so it keeps the moisture in your hair and is better to use then a hot comb. It a lot of work to do yourself but it can be done. if you want to go to a salon it should cost you between 30 and 50 dollars depending on where you go. Chi irons cost about 150 dollars but they are well worth it and have fantastic warranties in case anything happens to it.

Listen to da_illest_lil_shorti. I've been natural for 2 years. using the chi turbo flat iron will get your hair silky. using a "hot comb" can burn your hair and scalp easily and it doesn't leave it looking shiny and silky. If you put grease in it, it will look just like that...greasy!! Report It

they charge very exhorbitantly but ur hair will be straight for 8months to a year..

no i wont damage ur hair if u condition it well with conditioner and go for a head massage once in 2 months...

dont use those straightening irons... its more harmful...

A HOT COMB!! it dont cost nothing! (except buying the comb). u just buy the hot comb, put it on the stove(or plug it in if its electrical), put some grease on your hair, and comb it.
